Every venue starts with 14 days free. One click, no card, nothing to cancel — and it is the full product, not a cut-down version. Fourteen days rather than ten because it covers two full weekends whichever day you start, and a weekend dinner service is what actually settles whether this works for you.

Creating a venue is free. Build the whole menu, add photos and prices, and see exactly how it looks on a phone before anything starts. Putting it in front of customers is what needs the free trial or a subscription; ordering is what needs a subscription once the trial ends.
Your menu keeps working even if Business lapses — and after the trial ends. Table codes are printed objects, so we do not take them down. Once a venue's menu has been live it stays live, permanently, at the same address: diners still see the full menu and prices, and are simply asked to order with a member of staff instead. A paid term gets 7 days' grace before ordering switches off. A trial does not, because nothing failed — it ran for exactly the fourteen days it promised.
Elite QR is not the seller. The venue writes its own menu and prices, and is responsible for the food, allergen information and fulfilment. We relay orders to the venue's own staff; no payment for food passes through Elite QR.
Nothing auto-renews. Each purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed term. We do not store a mandate and cannot charge you again without you going through checkout yourself. When a term ends the account returns to the free plan — and every code you already made keeps working.
How terms are measured. The day and week passes run for exactly 24 hours and 7 days from the moment your payment is confirmed. The month, 6-month and yearly plans run to the same date in the target month, so a term bought on the 15th ends on the 15th.
Buying again while time remains adds to your balance rather than replacing it.
Every price above is an introductory launch price, marked as such in the app. They rise on 1 December 2026 to ₹39 (day), ₹99 (week), ₹249 (month) and ₹1,999 (year).
These are not discounts off a previous price — Elite QR has not charged those higher figures before. They are the rates that take effect when the launch period ends. A term you have already paid for is unaffected by the change, and buying before 1 December locks in the launch rate for that whole term.
Unlimited means we do not meter how many codes you create. It does not mean unbounded storage or bandwidth: uploads are capped at 25 MB per file, and we may contact you about automated or abusive usage that affects other customers. In practice no ordinary use comes close.
It is a real plan, not a trial — it does not expire, and codes you create on it keep working forever. The monthly allowance resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Upgrading is only necessary when you want more codes per month, longer analytics history, or the premium routing features.
Payments are processed by Razorpay and accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking. Your payment details never reach our servers.
