The routing engine

What happens between the camera and the page

A dynamic code points at us, not at your destination. That half second is where everything you set actually happens.

    A code can be told to stop — after a set number of scans, on a date you choose, or the first time it is opened.

    The PIN, if you set one

    The destination is not in the page. It comes back from the server only once the four digits are right.

    Where it goes today

    One printed square, several destinations. Split them by weight, hand them out in turn, or send iPhone and Android to different stores.

    Written down first

    The scan is saved before anyone is sent anywhere, so the count still holds up when fifty people scan at lunchtime.
