EliteQR

Terms of Service

Last updated 29 July 2026 · Effective 29 July 2026 · Operated by Agam Sharma, sole proprietor, trading as Elite QR, Mehsana, Gujarat, India

1. Who you are agreeing with

Elite QR is operated by Agam Sharma, a sole proprietor based in India, trading as Elite QR at Swastik Homes, Mehsana, Gujarat 384002, India. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean that business; "you" means the person or organisation using the service.

By creating an account or using Elite QR you accept these terms. If you are using it for an organisation, you confirm you may accept on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping that Google account secure. You must be 18 or older.

One person or organisation per account. Sharing credentials so several people can use one paid plan is not permitted.

We may refuse to create, or may close, an account we reasonably believe exists to evade an earlier suspension.

3. What you may not point a code at

A dynamic QR code can be re-pointed after it is printed. That is the feature — and it is also exactly how QR codes get abused, so this section is not boilerplate. You may not use Elite QR to distribute or link to:

You also may not resell the service as your own, attempt to bypass plan limits, scrape or bulk-download other users' data, or attack the service's availability.

The prank codes. The joke payloads are for people you know, and each one reveals itself. Using one to make a stranger believe they have genuinely been hacked, or to imitate a real company, breaks these terms and can be reported by anyone who scans it.

4. Moderation

We can disable any QR code, and suspend or delete any account, that breaks section 3 — immediately and without warning where there is a live risk to the people scanning. A disabled code stops resolving and shows a notice instead.

To report a code, email customer@eliteqr.in with the code's URL or a photo of it. Put URGENT in the subject line if someone is actively being defrauded. You do not need an account to report a code.

If we suspend your account in error we will restore it. If we suspend it for cause, no refund is due — see the Refund Policy.

5. Plans, billing and your content

Free and Pro plans are described on the Pricing page. Payment terms and refunds are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing on Elite QR renews automatically.

Your content stays yours. You keep all rights to the codes, files and text you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store your content, serve it to people who scan your codes, and display it back to you. That licence ends when you delete the content.

Everything else — the software, the design, the name — remains ours.

6. What we do and do not promise

We work to keep Elite QR available and correct, but we provide it "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and no plan carries a guaranteed uptime level.

Read this one. A printed QR code cannot be recalled. If the service is interrupted, if a code is disabled for abuse, or if you delete a code, every already-printed copy stops working and we cannot undo that. For anything expensive to reprint — signage, packaging, a print run — keep a fallback and do not treat a dynamic code as permanent infrastructure.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business, or the cost of reprinting materials. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. You cover us for your own codes

If someone brings a claim against us because of what you pointed a code at, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.

8. Who owns what

Yours. The QR codes you generate are yours. So is everything you put into them — your destinations, your hub content, your logos and your uploaded files. We claim no ownership of any of it, and we do not use it to promote the service without asking you first.

Ours. The Elite QR name, the site design, and the software behind it — including the code that runs in your browser — remain ours and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read it; that is unavoidable on the web and we would rather be honest about it than pretend otherwise. What you may not do is copy, republish or redistribute it, or use it to build a competing service.

Automated access. Please do not scrape the site, or use bots or scripts to create codes in bulk outside the Bulk Studio. If you want programmatic access, email us — we would rather give you a sensible way to do it than play cat and mouse.

9. Ending it

You can stop using Elite QR at any time and delete your data from Settings. Deleting a code is immediate and permanent: it removes the code, its scan history and any PIN-protected destination, and it stops every printed copy of that code from resolving.

We may end your access if you break these terms, or with 30 days' notice if we discontinue the service — in which case we will refund the unused portion of any subscription, pro-rated.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days before they take effect, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

11. If something goes wrong between us

Please email us first — most disputes are a misunderstanding about billing and are settled the same day.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mehsana, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. The rest

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce something immediately, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your account or these terms to someone else without our consent; we may transfer them if the business is sold, and will tell you if that happens. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between us.

We are not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages at the infrastructure providers listed in the Privacy Policy.
